For those of you who were unable to attend our AGM, videos of both the talks given by our members on the day are now available on our You Tube channel.

In The Troubled Relationship: Britain, the USA and Canada, Jeremy Mindell gives his views on the complex historical relationship and three-way dynamic involving the three countries from the colonial era throuh to the 1930s, with a focus on Canada's role and challenges posed to the US during the Civil War.

In Campfire Tales: The London Branch of American Civil War veterans Gina Denham, herself a descendant of one of the earliest branch members, leads this exploration into this unique organisation supported by Daz Rawlings. It was the only organisation of its type to exist in the United Kingdom. John Davis, a tenacious, Hampshire-born missionary and veteran, working in the impoverished borough of Bermondsey in London, founded the organisation in September 1910, offering peer support for the British citizens who served in the conflict.
Gina iand Daz are co-founders of Descendants of the London Branch of American Civil War Veterans.
